We operate three automated lines for heat and chemical/heat metal processing exclusively in a controlled atmosphere. Controlled atmospheres consist of various technical gases and enable amelioration, hardening, annealing, carburizing, nitrocarburizing, gas nitriding and carbonitriding while achieving high finish quality, meeting even the most demanding customers' requirements.
Application:
Heat processing of structural and tool steels with austenitizing temperature up to 950°C. The controlled atmosphere consists of a mixture of methanol and nitrogen. A particularity of this furnace is the size of its oil bath, which ensures minimum deformations in the course of heat processing.
The equipment is designed for the heat treatment of metals according to AMS 2750 standard.
