We operate three automated lines for heat and chemical/heat metal processing exclusively in a controlled atmosphere. Controlled atmospheres consist of various technical gases and enable amelioration, hardening, annealing, carburizing, nitrocarburizing, gas nitriding and carbonitriding while achieving high finish quality, meeting even the most demanding customers' requirements.
Application:
Heat treatment of structural and tool steels with an austenitizing temperature up to 950°C. The protective atmosphere consists of a mixture of methanol and nitrogen. A special feature of this furnace is the size of its oil bath, which ensures minimal deformation during heat treatment.
The equipment is set up for metal heat treatment according to AMS 2750 standard.
