The hardening shop uses an advanced information system supporting the barcode all across the hardening, quality control, and dispatch processes. The sophisticated Ipsen, HSH, SOLO, BMI, TAV, LAC hardening furnaces and other operations – tempering and annealing furnaces – are equipped with the data historian system.

The individual carburizing, nitriding, nitrocarburizing, carbonitriding, tempering, treatment, and annealing processes are a part of the quality assurance system certification as per the ISO 9001 and VDA 6.1.
